New Feature! Seating Chart Meal Labeling

In this update to the Guest Management feature, meal preferences and dietary requirements are now color coded and marked on your 2D floorplan and exports!

What's new?

Each meal option is now assigned a specific color code. These colors will fill in and be displayed as you seat guests around a table. This visual aid is designed to help quickly identify and allocate appropriate meals to each guest, ensuring a smooth dining experience.

  • If the guest has any kind of dietary requirement (i.e. gluten-free, nut allergy), this will be shown by a dashed line around the seat.
  • If a guest has no meal selected the seat will be filled in gray

The Key

In 2D, you will see a collapsed key at the top right of the screen which you can open to see the color each meal type is represented by.

If you do not want to see the key and color coded meal preferences, you are able to turn this feature off by unchecking it in the layers dropdown menu in 2D.

Exports

All of this is exportable to PDF - just make sure Meal Labels is checked under the 2D floorplan when you export.

Guest Management Overview, this link will get you started if you need a refresh.

Please note, the meal colors are in order of the meal preferences listed on your spreadsheet/seating chart.  The first option will always be Tan, second option Green, and so on.
