Use the Client Dashboard to easily present your floorplans & designs to your clients!
What is the Client Dashboard?
The Client Dashboard is a completely customizable live webpage that can be shared with your client. The Client Dashboard eliminates the need for endless exports!
How to use the Client Dashboard:
You will first create your event & your floorplan(s).- Once you have floorplans to share, hop into the Client Dashboard page on the left-hand navigation panel.
- Next: You can edit the header of your Client Dashboard.
- Clicking the Pencil Icon will allow you to adjust the event name & details.

- Logo & Banner: you can edit these in the Client Dashboard or in Account Settings by setting your default images under "Custom Branding".
- As you scroll down, you can change the main event image as well as add text to this event. Things like: timeline notes, vendor details, client information, etc.
- Remember, this information is client facing.
- Under the text box, you will see the layout(s) you've created for this event/client.

- Drag the boxes to reorder them (far left). If you want to mimic the event flow, showing ceremony before reception, for instance.
- Use the pencil icon to rename the layout.
- Click the eyeball to hide a version you don't want the client to see. Maybe you already know they chose the round tables vs. rectangle tables & you don't need them to see that floorplan anymore.
- Using the arrow on the far right, you can expand each floorplan, screenshots & the event details.
- Here you can change the images to Merri Screenshots, text boxes or images from your desktop.

- You can also choose how many display boxes you see, allowing for more images of items or the event.
- You will also notice, there is a "3D Flythrough" button available for each of your floorplans. Easily allowing your client access to view the flythrough video of their event set up. A nice touch for any client!
How to share the public Client Dashboard link
- If you choose to activate this option, anyone who has the link will be able to access the client dashboard (a live link that includes the most up to date versions of the event).
- Your Client does not need to create a Merri account to view the public client dashboard link.
- Your Client does not need to create a Merri account to view the public client dashboard link.
NOTE: If you only design in 2D Blueprint mode & have not hopped into 3D, there will be no 3D images in your Client Dashboard. Once you go into 3D Design mode, Merri will take screenshots of your event to then feed to your Client Dashboard.
