Is it normal that my 3D design is taking a while to load?

We real-time render high-quality 3D venue and inventory models. All good things are worth the wait! Please allow 30-60 seconds for your event to load at first. Every session thereafter will be 10-15 seconds.

⚠️DO NOT CLICK AWAY FROM THE LOADING SCREEN OR THE RENDERING OF YOUR SPACE WILL PAUSE!!! Hold tight ;)
