You can add items automatically to your Vision Board by simply clicking a button!
Inside any event, on your Vision Board page, you can click on any item in the Merri catalog. You will then see a box pop up with a button that says "Add As Venue Item".
Tagging an item as Venue Provided ensures that it will always appear on your Vision Board and you will not need to search for it each time you want to use it.
Please do NOT click this button if you do not actually provide the item in-house (think décor & rental items). Any item that is tagged as Venue Provided will show up as so on the Items Summary Page. We don't want to confuse your clients if you don't actually have it in-house.
If you have items you use often or see in your space often that you don't provide, we recommend using the Favorites feature on the Vision Board for easy access.
If you are a brand new venue partner:
- Login! https://bemerri.com/login
- Using the button that says "+ New Event", please create a test event called Venue Provided Items (add any date). Be sure to click "Create & Go to Dashboard".
- Hop over to the Vision Board page via the left-hand navigation page.
- Please make sure you are in "Freeform" view, not "Category" View - Upper-left option.
- Next, you can find our Catalog Of Items on the left-hand side of the page. You can use the Search bar at the top or click into any category/sub-category to find your items.
- Click on any item Icon to pull up a larger photo, item name and most important, the items dimensions. These dimensions are fixed, you cannot change the dimensions of these items. For standard tables, there will be a list of multiple sizes to choose from i.e. 60" Round, 72" Round, etc.
- Next, use the button to "Add as Venue Item". Reminder: If you choose a standard folding table (highboy, round, rectangle, etc), you will need to select specific sizes as well. You can choose multiple.
- Lastly, you can choose if this item is usable in "All Rooms" or just the specific rooms you'd like to select one by one.
