There are 3 ways to change table numbers in 2D .
Click to Number
Quickly change multiple table numbers on your floorplan by clicking in the order you want them numbered.
1. Click the Seating Tab
2. Click Tables
3. Click to Number
4. Click the tables on your floorplan in the order you want them numbered
5. Stop Numbering
If you change a table # to an already existing table #, those two numbers will be switched
Renumber from Tables List
Input numbers directly into the tables list to quickly change their order.
1. Click the Seating Tab
2. Click Tables
3. Input numbers directly into the text box next to the icon of the table
Individually Change One Table Number
1. Select the table you wish to change the table number for
2. Click the "Add Label Button" in the actions menu
3. Input the number into the text box
You can also use letters for things like Head Table (HT, ht1, ht2) or Sweetheart (SH). Up to 3 characters are allowed.
If you wish to add a full label to the table (not just #), you can do so here as well, i.e. VIP, Parents, Cousins, etc.
