      How do I cancel my account?

      We miss you already 😢. To cancel your membership:

      1. Log in
      2. Go to your Account Settings > Membership
      3. Select "Cancel Subscription".

      You can also find your Account Settings page by selecting your initials at the top right. 


      You will receive an email from us confirming the cancellation of your account within 24 hours.

      *If you are on a free trial, there is no subscription to cancel as Merri's free trial does not require any payment information. You simply won’t upgrade to a paid account when your trial runs out. Please reach out to help@bemerri.com with any additional questions.
