It’s your call! Collaboration in Merri is flexible. When sharing an event, you choose the level of access. Plus, you’ll get to set up venue rules while onboarding so no one can try to seat 300 people if your space only allows for 150.
Sharing Permissions
We have added in Sharing Permissions. You can now choose to invite a client or planner to collaborate on your event & select what actions they are allowed.
- When you invite a "Client" they have access to one Merri event, the event you choose to add them to.
- When you invite a "Planner" they have access to any event that you invite them to, meaning if you are a Venue who works with a planner multiple times a year, be sure to choose "Planner" as their type. This way they can access all of those events they are involved with at your space.
You will see the email addresses for all collaborators on the event listed & from there you can change their permissions, add a revoke access date or fully remove them from an event.
